The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has ruled that the Labour Party (LP) and its supporters can hold their rally in Lagos State.
The judge, however, directed that the supporters should not converge at the Lekki Toll Gate.
The court added that supporters of the Labour Party can pass through the Toll-Gate for its rally but must not converge on the facility.

Recall that the #ObiDatti rally is scheduled to hold on October 1, 2022.
Justice Daniel Osiagor made the order on Wednesday.
The judge directed the Inspector-General of Police and the Lagos State Police Commissioner to ensure compliance with the order.
