However, Pelumi’s latest feat of traveling by road from London to Lagos was inspired by Nigerian biker Kunle Adeyanju who completed same trip for a polio campaign.
She said
“He did it by bike two years ago. I was on the phone with him and mentioned how it was so cool what he did.”
On a live podcast episode with The Day After TNB, Pelumi Nubi stated that her love for travel has always inspired her to start something new and adventurous. She has visited over 80 countries since she began her travels in 2016.
After 68 days traveling on a solo trip from London to Lagos, Pelumi Nubi wrote her name in history as the first black woman to achieve the feat.
