““Atiku is my mentor that is not a problem” – Peter Obi
The Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi has explained why he calls the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar his mentor.
Obi said even though Atiku, like every other person has his faults, he remains his respected senior brother for the rest of his life.
The Presidential candidate of Labour party stated this on last week Thursday , when he appeared on the popular A.Y Live programme where he answered many questions regarding the state of the nation and the “Obidient movement.”

In response to question of him calling Atiku his brother, Obi affirmed that he passed through Atiku as an apprentice in the business of politics.
“Atiku is my mentor that is not a problem. Atiku remains a respected senior brother for the rest of my life even if he has his own faults, he remains my brother and I respect that because God made it so in this business of politics.
“I passed through him. I remain respectful to their own style. We are all looking for customers and it depends on what they want to buy if you want to buy ‘obidient’ here I am to sell it for you if you want to buy Articulated go ahead and buy.”
Reacting after the show, A.Y lauded Obi’s ability to answer all questions thrown at him during the show.
He wrote, “Last night, Q & A with @PeterObi on the AY Show simply confirmed that he has vital & responsive energy.
“I personally loved the way he handled the questions on the live program, viewed by millions of Nigerians around the world.
“I do hope d other candidates would honour my open invitation”.
